We ordered 4 sippy bottles. Absolutely love the bottles, great quality, fast service just a bit disappointed that the two bottles we ordered in Pink names were the same colour as the other two bottles we ordered with purple names!

I just wanted to kindly clarify one small thing regarding the colours, only because we want to make sure everything is always perfect for you. With our customisation system, every detail — the bottle colour, design, font and the font colour — is fully selected by the customer, and we never make any changes on our end.
I’ve checked your order and the design previews you created, and all four bottles had the same font colour (purple) and the same lid colour selected. Because of that, they were produced exactly as customised in your previews.
I completely understand how easy it is to mix up colours when making a few designs at once, especially when the images include lots of cute colours in the letters. But I still truly appreciate your feedback — it means a lot and helps us understand how we can make things even clearer for our customers.
