🔁 Returns & Faulty Items – Awesome Kiwi LTD

At Awesome Kiwi LTD, we take pride in the quality of our products, and we thoroughly inspect all items before they are shipped to you. If, however, you receive an item that is defective or wish to return a non-defective item, we’re here to help.


🔧 Faulty Items

We will accept returns if the item was faulty when initially delivered. Every item is carefully checked before dispatch, but we understand that things can occasionally go wrong.

Inspection Process
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of general wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

Initiating a Faulty Item Return
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us first before sending the item back. This allows us to assist you properly and record your return.


↩️ Returns for Change of Mind or Non-Defective Items

We accept returns for non-defective items as long as:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.


📦 Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, including for international returns.
Postage charges are non-refundable.


💳 Refunds & Resolution

Once we receive the returned item and confirm eligibility, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of return approval.
