Good to know
What photo works best?
A clear, bright photo where faces are easy to see, taken from the front. A photo from your phone is fine. Dark, blurry or far away photos give weaker results.
Can I use an old printed photo?
Yes. Take a photo of the print straight on, in good light, with no glare or shadows, and upload that.
Can I have more than one person in the photo?
Yes. Upload one photo with everyone you want on it. The preview shows exactly how it turns out before you order.
What if I do not like the preview?
Try a different photo or another style. Nothing is made until you order, so you can try as many times as you like.
Will it look like the preview?
Yes. The preview you see is what we print.
Is my photo kept private?
Your photo is only used to make your order. We never share it or use it in our marketing.
Is the mug dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, and the print will not fade or scratch off.
